Programs Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Project Manager, ensuring proper guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide technical oversight.
  • Engage directly with donors, preparing and submitting high-quality reports and updates.
  • Manage program budgets in coordination with the finance team.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination among different departments (field, finance, MEAL, logistics, HR).
  • Ensure all program activities align with organizational policies and donor requirements.
  • Identify risks and provide proactive solutions to improve program outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree in International Development, Program Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in program management in the humanitarian sector, with at least 2 years in a coordination or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-sectoral projects and large budgets.
  • Strong experience in donor reporting and representation.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
