The selected candidates will lead complex IT and digital initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring high-quality technical solutions aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Core responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership
• Serve as the central focal point between business partners and technical teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Design governance, communication, and change management frameworks
• Guide implementation using Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles
Project Execution & Oversight
• Define and manage Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Monitor schedules, financials, risks, and issues
• Maintain documentation aligned with PMO standards
• Ensure compliance with IT methodologies (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, testing frameworks)
Risk & Stakeholder Management
• Track and mitigate project risks
• Communicate progress, timelines, and budget updates
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate multi-vendor environments
Budget & Resource Management
• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Track resource allocation
• Monitor expenditures and escalate deviations

Required Qualifications
Education
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or related fields
• Project Management certification is desirable
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience
• Proven delivery of full project lifecycle
• Preferably experience in IT, software development, or data & analytics environments
Skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
• Budget management expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
Languages
• Fluency in English (Level C)
• Intermediate knowledge of another UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese) is desirable
