WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY
Students requiring a visa to attend our in-person training are advised
to apply for their visa well in advance and comply fully with all
embassy requirements.
In the event that a student’s visa application is denied, the student
may be given the opportunity to reapply for the visa to participate in the
next planned equal training or, participate in the equal workshop
through online training programme.
Refund Consideration
Where a refund is requested following a visa denial, the request will be
reviewed based on the official reason for the visa refusal as stated in
the embassy/immigration decision or refusal report.
A refund may be considered where the reason for refusal is unrelated to
the student’s conduct or any circumstances that could negatively affect,
misrepresent, or jeopardize the organisation.
However, where the embassy’s refusal is attributable to information,
actions, misrepresentation, documentation, or circumstances that may
jeopardize or negatively impact the organisation, its reputation, or its
legal/compliance standing, the student will not be eligible for a
refund.
All refund decisions will be made following a review of the official
visa refusal documentation and the applicable terms and conditions of
the training.
We encourage students to contact the Academic/Training Department
promptly following a visa refusal so that available options can be
discussed.
