Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Project Manager, ensuring proper guidance and support.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide technical oversight.
- Engage directly with donors, preparing and submitting high-quality reports and updates.
- Manage program budgets in coordination with the finance team.
- Lead cross-functional coordination among different departments (field, finance, MEAL, logistics, HR).
- Ensure all program activities align with organizational policies and donor requirements.
- Identify risks and provide proactive solutions to improve program outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree in International Development, Program Management, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in program management in the humanitarian sector, with at least 2 years in a coordination or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing multi-sectoral projects and large budgets.
- Strong experience in donor reporting and representation.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
